What is the product warranty period? What does the warranty cover?
The standard warranty period is 5 years, covering: Mesh, Backrest, Arms, Seat, Gas Lift, Base, and Castor. If you need to replace any parts within 5 years.
What payment methods do you support?
We generally use T/T payments.
