Shipping Methods

As a professional office chair manufacturer, Lekere provides flexible shipping solutions based on the order type and destination.

1. Sample Orders – Air Shipping

For sample requests, we ship via international air express or air freight for fast delivery.
Available options include:

  • DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT
  • Air cargo to your nearest airport
  • Door-to-door air delivery upon request

Sample lead time: 2–7 working days (depending on customization).
Transit time: 5–12 days, depending on the country.

2. Bulk Orders – Sea Shipping

Most bulk orders are shipped by sea freight due to size and volume efficiency.
We support:

  • FCL (Full Container Load)
  • LCL (Less than Container Load)
  • CY–CY, CY–CFS, and door-to-port options
  • FOB / CIF / CFR / EXW (based on your requirement)

Bulk production time: normally 15–30 days depending on the order quantity.
Sea transit time:

  • Asia: 5–15 days
  • Middle East: 18–25 days
  • Europe: 25–35 days
  • North America: 18–30 days
  • South America & Africa: 30–45 days

Delivery times may vary based on port congestion, customs clearance, and shipping line schedules.

Order Processing & Lead Time

  • Standard production for office chairs takes 15–30 working days.
  • Urgent orders or special projects can be arranged upon request.

After shipping, we provide:

  • Packing List
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Certificates (if required)
  • HS code information
  • Tracking updates

Packaging

We use export-grade packaging to ensure safe transportation:

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery & Inspection

Upon arrival, buyers should:

  • Inspect goods immediately
  • Report any issues within 3–7 days
